Happy New Year and welcome to 2024!

I am extremely excited to start a new year! I know it will be a year of major challenges, but we can and we will work together to make it one of the very best. We must stand strong together, united to make a difference and to keep our Texas Red.

I encourage you to use all the resources available on the TFRW website and please read this newsletter. Education and communication will empower women and we all need to make the effort to stay politically informed to share our message.

Leadership Day is rapidly selling out. Leadership Chair Debra Harper and Co-Chair Sarah Bolton are working hard to ensure this is a day not to be missed. Whether you are a club leader, a community leader, or a grassroots leader (that would be all of us), Leadership Day is for you! There will be a Friday night Welcome Reception, a Candidate Meet & Greet, general sessions designed to share pertinent information for all members, breakout training sessions, and a final general session to train you with everything you need to know to become a Delegate and attend RPT Convention.

Our newly elected NFRW Officers will also be in attendance sharing with you the benefits of being a NFRW member and answering questions that may have concerned you. And best of all, there will be networking with Republican women from across our great state. Please register today! You and your club will be glad you did. Please remember that the 1st Quarter Board Meeting and Leadership Day are separate events. You must register separately for each event.

Republican women know what is on the line in 2024 and what we need to do to lead the way to victory. Many of you are already working on candidate campaigns, preparing to work as election judges or poll watchers, and registering new voters.

Elections will be contentious with so many candidates filing. Do not make hasty decisions. Do your research and vote wisely for the best candidates. New and renewing membership submissions are quickly coming in and I expect our membership numbers to exceed our total last year. 2024 has so many possibilities for TFRW to grow!

Your TFRW Board will hail many new faces this year. I am encouraging new Committee Chairs to start building their committees and if you want to serve on a committee, please reach out to that new Committee Chair. The Board of Directors roster is available on the TFRW website under Members/Forms and Documents.

Our 2024-2025 TFRW theme, “Uniting Republican Women for Texas” is necessary for such a time as this. We must unite if we want to win. We must encourage unity not uniformity. It is up to TFRW women to lead the charge in defending Texas and our country from the destructive agenda of socialist democrats. Enough is enough! I am challenging you to stand strong with me. I am confident we will remain successful in making a difference and taking back our Nation!
