Flight #2024 Now Boarding!
As we prepare for take-off on Flight #2024, please make sure your positive attitude is secured and locked in an upright position. All self-destructive devices should be turned off at this time. All negativity, frustration, and discouragement should be put away. There will be NO BAGGAGE allowed on this flight. The captain has cleared us for takeoff. Our destination – SUCCESS from the Courthouse to the White House!

I was fortunate to attend the RNC Winter Meeting where I heard a State Party Chair use the analogy above to energize others for the 2024 election. Everything TFRW does in 2023 will be to lay the groundwork for success in 2024 and beyond. Our goal is to ensure Texas is in the best possible position it can be in for success in 2024.
To be successful, we must first recruit new members and retain current members. TFRW should be known as informed, energetic, politically astute women who are fearless in working to accomplish goals. Women who campaign tirelessly for the election of Republican nominees, promote Republican principles, and educate members and the community.
To help clubs recruit members, we will soon distribute a new TFRW push-card to all clubs. TFRW is also reaching out to Republican women who are not engaged and directing them to our website and hopefully your clubs. These are just two small ways TFRW is reinvesting in your clubs.
When you invite friends to join you on Flight #2024, they may ask, “Why the Texas Federation of Republican Women?” Or, “What’s in it for me?” This is your opportunity to share your story of the difference TFRW has made in your life which may include benefits such as:
- Opportunities to make a difference, have a greater impact, louder voice
- Networking with women from across the state and country
- Hearing from informative speakers
- Meeting and getting to know candidates and elected officials
- Developing friendships you never would have had
- No longer fighting for conservative principles on your own as your TFRW sisters are fighting beside you
To sum it up, if women are looking for mentorship, networking, resources, training, lasting friendships, opportunity, achievement, recognition or growth, then TFRW is for them.
Next, we must train our members. Whether you want to be a stronger leader, a more effective communicator, or are ready to run for elected office, TFRW has training designed just for you. Our Legislative Day events will teach you how to build relationships, testify at hearings, and create correspondence that influences others. Our Candidate Development Program and Campaign Management Schools will prepare you for the 2024 campaign season whatever your level of involvement.
Next, we must engage. TFRW is motivated, energized, and focused and it’s vital that we activate ALL our members whether it is on legislative issues, electing Republican candidates, or running effective clubs.
We are building strong leaders for Texas and are ready for take off on Flight #2024! Join us on this flight as we lead the charge to Keep Texas Red!
