The third quarter Texas Federation of Republican Women Board of Directors Meeting is officially called for Saturday, July 11th, 2026.

Board Members in Good Standing

Ensure your local club has submitted your dues to the TFRW office before the board meeting. Officers and appointees not in good standing will not be seated at the board meeting.

Meeting Registration

All registration is now made online. There is no mail registration available.

Early Bird Registration ends Friday, June 19th – $75.00
Registration ends Friday, June 26th – $100.00
Late Registration ends Friday, July 3rd – $125.00

Registration and payment are required. No onsite registration is available. Registration ends on Friday, July 3rd..

Hotel Reservations

Rooms are available at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center, 1101 Woodlawn Ave, Georgetown, TX 78628. You may reserve your room online here to receive our special group rate of $165.00 or $205.00 plus tax each night. Click here for directions.

The special group rate ends on Thursday, June 18th.

Patron Event

The Patron event is planned for Friday, July 10th, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on site at Sheraton Georgetown. Patron’s will get into the 250th Birthday Party FREE and receive a FREE drink.
