Legislative Day 2021
Thursday, February 4th
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
TFRW’s Legislative Day will be held in Austin on Thursday, February 4th, with events at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Don’t wait! Discounted ticket pricing of $85 ends on Friday, January 15th. Regular registration is $110 until Friday, January 29th, when ticket prices will go up to $135. We will cap the number of attendees to 280 people to abide by the guidelines provided by the State of Texas and the CDC.
Tentative Legislative Day Schedule
7:30 a.m. | “Meet the Freshmen” Breakfast
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Educational Workshops including:
  • Getting to Know your Representatives
  • The Importance of Staff Contacts
  • Tracking Bills
  • Navigating the Capitol
  • Strategies for Effective Advocates
  • Participate in a Mock Hearing
Noon – 1:30 p.m. | Legislative Luncheon
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Optional workshops or Capitol on your own
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Patron Event – Details coming soon!
