Alicia Cantrell is a native Houstonian, and a proud wife and mother. She serves as the Executive Director of the Coalition Por/For Texas (CPFT), where she co-led one of the most successful Hispanic outreach initiatives in the 2023–2024 cycle—contributing to historic gains in which 55% of Hispanics voted Republican, surpassing the previous record from 2004 by 11 points.

She has served on multiple Hispanic outreach boards and remains deeply engaged in both community and philanthropic work. Her focus is on educating and equipping Hispanic voters with the understanding of how their values naturally align with the Republican platform.

In Harris County, Alicia is an active and engaged volunteer. She is currently serving her second term as President of the Magic Circle Republican Women’s Club, where she has also served as Programs Chair and Membership Chair. She is a Precinct Chair and Co-Chair of the Harris County Republican Party’s Latino Leadership Council. Alicia recently completed her term as Chaplain of the Greater Houston Council of Federated Republican Women. She has served on the Advisory Council for the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast and previously worked as the Harris County Regional Director for Governor Greg Abbott’s 2022 re-election campaign.

Alicia has also served on the Board of Directors of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Texas and as a Field Director for the Faith and Freedom Coalition. She was recently reappointed by Governor Greg Abbott to a second term on the Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee. She has served as a Delegate to the Republican Party of Texas, Texas Federation of Republican Women, and National Federation of Republican Women conventions. In 2024, Alicia was honored as a Tribute to Women honoree by the Texas Federation of Republican Women for her outstanding leadership and service to the State of Texas, the Republican Party, TFRW, and her community.

Alicia is a lifetime member of the NRA and is currently serving her second term on the Executive Committee of the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum, as well as her first term on the NRA Women’s Policy Committee. She is a proud Republican woman committed to her values and safeguarding the principles of freedom, opportunity and faith that have shaped both Texas and America.
