Thank you to everyone who worked this Primary Election season. Whether you worked for a candidate, the Party, or as an election worker, your hard work and dedication are the reason why our country and state remain great!

Now we turn toward the Primary Run-off Elections in May. Remember to vote! Even if your candidate didn’t make the run-off, we still need to support the best candidate to beat the Democrats in November. There is a Democrat in EVERY race for our statewide offices and in the Texas Legislature and we must beat them at the ballot box. Remember to count all the hours you worked!

Many of you attended your local precinct and senatorial conventions. Thank you for taking your time to shape our Party. For those of you going to state conventions as Delegates, watch for emails on events and special pricing information for TFRW members.

Congratulations to the clubs who have achieved NFRW membership awards for the America 250 Membership Challenge. We had several clubs achieve the Patriot Keepers Guild, the Liberty Builders Brigade, and even a few have achieved the Signers Circle! While the initial March 1st deadline has passed for the Patriot Keepers Guild, you can still achieve the Liberty Builders Brigade and Signers Circle by July 4th. Look on both the TFRW and NFRW websites for ideas on how to increase your membership. We also need to focus on our membership renewals. NFRW has some excellent suggestions and strategies on membership renewals HERE.

I represented you at the NFRW Spring Board Meeting and Legislative Day in March. Texas had the top hours and calls for the last six months along with four of our clubs also getting recognition. We heard from multiple Senators on the Save America Act, the Democrat led DHS shutdown, the policies implemented in the Big Beautiful Bill and insightful information on the war in Iran. Our own VP of Legislation Robbi Hull gave a fabulous presentation on Legislative Advocacy.

I even had the pleasure of meeting American Bobsled Olympic Champion Kallie Humphries who had just come from presenting one of her medals to President Trump! Remember to register for our first Board of Directors meeting by Zoom on April 11th. This is a great opportunity to see how our business is conducted and earn points for awards. Register HERE.

In the last month, several of our members have been through some very difficult and trying times. Some are looking up and saying, “Why me Lord?” Some of us are saying “Why them Lord?” I remind you, “Why not you?” You have each been put here for Such a time as this! As each of you navigate these difficult times, your light will shine and you will be an example. You won’t even know the impact you have made on others.

Your TFRW sisters are here for you, to pray for you, and to be there with you through the difficult and happy times! I have watched you care for one another, and it makes my heart burst with gratefulness for this amazing organization. That is what the TFRW sisterhood is all about. The last few months I have struggled, but when I looked up, it was my TFRW sisters that were with me in my 40 days. You see, 40 days often marks testing, waiting, and pressing through, but the 41st day is the day of deliverance: Noah saw the flood end, Moses met God, Elijah found strength, David slew Goliath, Jesus conquered the wilderness, and Jesus ascended into Heaven. So remember, you might be in the 40 days, but your 41st day is coming!
