We are thrilled to announce the opening of registration for this year’s TFRW Convention. Join us as we celebrate our collective achievements and explore new opportunities in the world of politics. Registering for the convention is easy and can be done online via Eventbrite, or you may choose to register manually by mailing your registration form along with payment to the TFRW Convention PAC, Attn: Kerry Gaines, PAC Treasurer, 2113 Flat Creek Dr., Richardson, TX 75080-2331. Early Registration – $195
Through June 30th

Regular Registration – $250
July 1st – September 30th

Late Registration (Online Only) – $335
October 1st – October 10th

Your status as a Delegate or Alternate will be updated when your Club President submits your Club Credentials. You must be Credentialed by your Club President to attend as a Delegate or Alternate to be seated. Once credentialed, you will be notified by the Credential Committee your status as a Delegate or Alternate.


We are excited to offer you two excellent hotel options for the upcoming convention: The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas (unfortunately, all rooms are currently sold out) and the Marriott Dallas Las Colinas (located .04 miles from the convention center). However, we have secured a block of rooms available at the Holiday Inn, conveniently located nearby. Both hotels offer comfortable and convenient accommodations, and we have secured special group rates for our attendees. Join us for a special evening honoring Kit Whitehill at the President’s Dinner on Saturday, October 14th. This exclusive event promises to be a night of celebration, recognition and great company. Please note that tickets for the dinner are $95 each and must be purchased separately.
