No refunds will be given for cancellations; however, name changes will be allowed. All name changes must be received by TFRW in writing by mail or email. Email name change requests to [email protected], or mail them to TFRW, 13740 N Highway 183, Suite J4, Austin, Texas 78750-1832. Changes in hotel reservations must be handled with the hotel directly.
