Help Victims of Human Trafficking

First, remember that the TFRW is holding a statewide
luncheon/dinner to discuss human trafficking on
Tuesday, November 13. It’s a time to fellowship and give
thanks for the amazing country we live in and introduce
the topic of Human Trafficking. Plan for your club to get
together and watch the documentary Be the One by
the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

Second, January is Human Trafficking Prevention
Month. Please have a Human Trafficking program at
your regular meeting in January. Have one of the five
groups spotlighted by the TFRW come to speak or
invite a local program that works in your area. Most Finally, because January is Human Trafficking

Meeting. We will need help from across the state. We
want you to plan on coming to Austin to attend our
board meeting to help with this much-needed project.
Please be on the lookout for our plans, including a
Sign-Up Genius list for items that will be needed. We
encourage each club to help!
Please take pictures and share what your club is
doing to help end Human Trafficking at each of these
events and share them with me. Also don’t forget to
continue to share your club’s individual Caring For
America projects. Every project makes an impact in
our communities. Remember, we can spread our
