                            Growing Your Club

                                                                        by VP Membership Rhonda Lacy
                                                                        [email protected]

54 of our 151 clubs have attained 100% membership for 2018. Some of you are so close - only
one to five members shy of 100%. Won't you add your club to this list for next month? Get

those names and dues to the TFRW office today!

Several of our clubs have grown into a different size category. Great job, Ladies!

However, we have ninety-four clubs who still need to match last year's numbers. Three of our clubs are brand new,
and kudos to them for adding to their numbers - Rusk County RW, Spindletop RW, and Baytown RW.

TFRW is only at 85% of last year's membership. Only two out of six Super Jumbo Clubs and one out of eighteen
Jumbo Clubs have attained 100% membership.
This past year has been difficult. A hurricane affected one-third of our clubs, and there has been great controversy
around the state. Yet, TFRW women are the ones who always answer the call for block walking and phone calling.
We are the ones who ignore the 'naysayers' and get the job done of electing Republicans. We helped Peter Flores
win that Special Election on September 18 before our November election cycle sets in.

Won't each one of you please add just a few more ladies to your club this year, and add to the Working Warriors for
this election cycle? Let's get ready to WIN!

Thank-you to our 54 clubs for a job well done!

                           Club Bylaws

                                                              by VP Bylaws Diane Haddock

                                         Review Your Club Bylaws

It is my goal to reach out to every club, personally, over the next twelve months, to ensure that all club
bylaws satisfy the NFRW requirements as well as TFRW requirements. Many clubs have already addressed
their bylaws review, and it is my hope that all will be complete by January 1, 2019. While the Article III
mandated amendment is of utmost importance, we have also discussed topics such as the NFRW
Endorsement Policy and Nomination Committee Succession Policy. The TFRW Board of Directors discusses
bylaws issues at every board meeting. Please contact me at [email protected] if you have a bylaws issue
that you want the board to consider or if you have a question.
