The 2019 Convention
Committee has formally Gold
met twice this fall and is
progressing well in planning for the
convention. The final logo was approved and the budget Austin RW
for the committee has been established and approved.
Ann Strouhal, Convention Treasurer, is establishing a Conner Harrington RW
bank account and has already raised $200.00 from one of
our committee members, Cathy Frederickson, President Cowtown RW
of Galveston Republican Women. The 2019 TFRW

All of the committee chairs have been signing up
volunteers and exploring how they want to get the job Village RW
done. There are many moving parts to a convention!

Tina Gibson, Convention Finance Chair, has drafted a
“Sponsorship Opportunity” form that will serve as a menu, Silver
so to speak, for those who want to sponsor or contribute
to the convention. The committee will consider this form
in final version at the November meeting and it will be Canyon Lake RW
prepared, with a cover letter, to be sent out early in 2019
to a long list of potential sponsors. Dallas Star RW
