MERCHANDISE
TFRW Merchandise
If you attended convention, did you get a chance to stop by the TFRW Merchandise Booth? We had a lot of visitors!
Not only did we have many TFRW members stop by and shop, but the pup from Patriot Paws came over and hung
out with us for a bit. Also, one of the SDs sent over Donald Trump - okay it was a mannequin of him but pretty neat
and there were lots of photo ops. I was most excited to meet ladies that were interested in TFRW, what we do, and
how they can find a club in their area or some that were interested in starting clubs. How exciting!
I worked with the board and members of the
merchandise group in selecting a few items
that would be popular and not redundant with
all of the other vendors. I hope you liked our
selections. I have to say one of the draws to
the booth were the cute compact mirrors that
we had, Glynis Chester’s suggestion - we were
getting sales prior to even opening the booth.
And the rollup shoes were fun and brought relief
to folks that had overdone it in their heels.
We have some leftover items that we will have available at the July board meeting, we have some rollup shoes,
blankets, mirrors and some of the lapel pins, oh and one lone, small portfolio! If you are interested ask your District
Director or Deputy President to pick one up for you while they are there.
“Corrine Miklosh saved my poor tired feet at convention. The
roll-up flats were my favorite item at the TFRW Convention
Booth! Thank you, Corrine, for all your hard work ordering,
setting up, and tearing down our booth, it’s a tough job and
you met the challenge.”
~President Karen Newton
I want to send out a huge Thank-You to all of those that
volunteered to help out, both our members and our wonderful male
associate members who we couldn’t have succeeded without them
– they covered for us during the Tribute luncheon and Margaritas
for Senoritas events. Juggling duties of a delegate and running
the booth was a challenge, and I was able to do both with lots
of helping hands – thanks. And I want to send an extra special
thank-you to my own husband Dennis who worked almost as
many hours as I did on the booth and getting things set up.
