• And CLUBS??? Plan now to send as many TFRW ladies as delegates to the RPT state convention in San Antonio
in June. [Attend those precinct/county-senate district conventions first.] Our experienced voices do make a
difference.
We need to remind folks out there that Texas is NOT as RED as it needs to be. A LARGE TFRW
membership will help us work through this extremely busy primary season, secure volunteers
for the contested races in the fall, and make sure we have A LARGE TFRW membership who will
HELP deter the liberal left.
Once more ladies, THANK YOU, and let’s go get ‘em!

Club Presidents, Report Your
New Members to TFRW ASAP!!!
We cannot over emphasize the importance of reporting your new club members to TFRW as
soon as possible!
Your new club members are not fully recognized until you have submitted them to the TFRW office. If TFRW does
not have your new member’s information, your new member will not have full access to TFRW’s website and
communications.
We now have a New Member Welcome Committee for an additional outreach to your new club members on behalf
of TFRW and to be a resource for them with regard to TFRW.
So here are a few “Do’s” and one “Don’t” for handling your new members’ information:
• DON’T wait until you have ten new members to report them! You must have at least ten members for your
initial submission each year, but after that new members can be submitted ANYTIME.
• DO work closely with your club VP of Membership and Treasurer to insure that your new members are being
tracked into your TFRW Membership Form, found on the website under Documents & Forms tab > General
Forms & Documents > 2018 TFRW Membership Form.
• DO submit your 2018 TFRW Membership Form with new members regularly to [email protected]. You can submit
as often as you want to, but we recommend that you do it MONTHLY. (Be sure to number your submissions.)
The New Member Welcome Committee will be given a monthly list of new members for outreach as a boost to
TFRW and your club’s “friendly factor!”
