So....You Might Want to be a TFRW Officer?

There is an “application” form that must be filled out if you wish to be considered for a TFRW Officer’s position. The
updated form, with instructions, is already on the TFRW website - you must be logged in, and then navigate to
https://www.tfrw.org/forms-and-documents/. The application is the first item under the heading “TFRW Board of
    Directors.”
According to the TFRW Bylaws (Article IX), to be eligible for an Officer’s position, you must be a member in good
standing and have served at least one full term on the TFRW Board of Directors (this is waived for the Treasurer’s
    position).

Our organization is only as good as its leadership, and we can only install good leadership if good members are
willing to step up for our cause. Please, if you are eligible, consider running for an Officer’s position. It doesn’t take
decades of Board experience to serve as an Officer; it requires fresh ideas, a willingness to do whatever it takes,
and a love for TFRW. A smattering of organizational skills usually helps. There are a lot of intelligent and capable
women amongst our membership; I know because I’ve met so many of you. Now is the time to share those gifts
    with our state Board.

With a tough election cycle about to begin, we need all the talent we can possible muster
for our Board; please consider applying.
