July Semiannual TEC Report                     2   It is June, time for summer fun and perhaps a little relaxation before
                                                    things gear back up. Before we know it, fall will be here, and we will be

                                                    get HB 3903 (Burkett) passed in both the House and the Senate. We are

                                                    pass this bill. And a shout-out to Eric Opiela who did yeoman’s work on

TFRW State Scholarship                         5   I owe a very special thank you to all of the women of TFRW who made the
                                                    phone calls and sent the emails; your work made a difference. A number

                                                    were appreciated and certainly helped the bill get over the finish line in

                                                    difference, again. Effective in 2020, one punch voting is eliminated, and
