Monthly Regional Phone Conferences

Monthly Regional Conference Calls

You will only have one conference call a month in which to participate.

Participants:
Each Regions Deputy President, District Directors, local club Presidents and club members who represent the club on the particular topic being discussed.

Purpose of these monthly conference calls:
To develop a cohesive outlet for information.  Provide for specific topics of interest, i.e. membership, program, etc…  Take questions from local club presidents; share success stories; every conference call will be agenda oriented.  TFRW officers or Chairmen may be invited as a participant to address topics of interest to the group.

Each Region has been assigned a day, time and date for the next 3 months. Please refer to the chart on the following page for your assignment.

The District Director is the club presidents contact person.  Contact your District Director if you:

  1. Have questions concerning club activities, send to the DD’s. She will compile the questions for review then decide if it’s appropriate to answer on the conference call or if it requires individual attention.

  2. Share success stories relating to the topic of the month.

  3. I am encouraging you to join your region's call but if you are unable to participate at that time, you can participate in one of the other calls. The phone number and access code is the same for all calls during the week.

Each month:
You will receive an email invitation from "Executive Director", subject line "Conference Call Invitation for (DATE) (TIME)”.  Please check your spam box as it may have been delivered there.  It is very important that we have your up to date email address so you will receive your invitation.  Please let the TFRW Headquarters know if you have an email address change.

Please reply to that email using the RSVP link, as either Accept or Decline.  The link is located in the body of the email about 1/2 way down the page.

Phone Conferences Rules:

  1. Be on time – meeting will start 3 minutes after the scheduled time

  2. You MUST call the number – you will NOT be called

  3. If you speak: identify yourself and what position or club

  4. Conferences calls will be mostly presentations on topics

  5. Send questions in before the conference to your District Director
