Campaign Activities Reporting of Volunteer Hours

Volunteer hours measure the influence of Republican Women in the election process.  TFRW and your club deserve recognition for the tremendous contributions members make toward getting Republicans elected!  This measure is demonstrated in the enormous number of hours our members volunteer to the process.

The total volunteer hours for the club should be sent quarterly to the VP - TFRW Campaign Activities. The quarterly reports for 2008-09 will be due March 31, June 30, September 31 and December 31, as shown on the report form.

Organize a system to accurately keep track of the campaign hours that each member has contributed.  (Sample form provided on the website and in Forms Section of TFRW Handbook.)  Keep a record of each volunteer's member status, Ex. regular member, candidate member, spouse member of candidate, or associate member (male but not candidate). There are separate awards for these categories at Legislative Day to be held Spring 2009.

Remember, to receive the award recognition that clubs and individuals deserve, members must report volunteer hours.  Don’t hide under a bushel!  Develop incentives within your club for not only volunteering, but also for reporting those hours.  This accounting DEMONSTRATES NOT ONLY TFRW's, BUT ALSO YOUR CLUB'S, STRENGTH and INFLUENCE IN ELECTING REPUBLICANS!

I look forward to getting the reports of the tremendous work TFRW women are doing across TEXAS!
