Tribute to Women Honoree
TFRW recognizes there may be circumstances which will prevent an Honoree from attending the Tribute to Women event for which their club nominated them to be honored.
Please submit the following form with your Honoree’s biographical sketch and a check in the amount of $30.00 made payable to TFRW PAC by the May 1, 2008 postmark deadline.

Biographical sketch to be a maximum of 200 words, typewritten or e-mailed as a Word Document, detailing only TFRW and Republican activities of your Nominee. The bio’s will be printed as submitted and published in the Book of Honor which all Nominees will receive. The distinguished Tribute to Women Pin and the Book of Honor will be mailed to your Honoree that was unable to attend after the event.
