As we all know this election year is of great importance not only Nationally but at our Statewide level as well. TFRW has teamed up with Texas Victory 2008 www.texasvictory.org and pledged our support to them in helping get our Republicans elected!
A line of communication has been developed by TFRW and Texas Victory 2008 to deliver information in a timely manner to our Republican Women clubs. Exciting things are happening already and we want to keep you and your members informed all along the way.
We are asking each club to designate a Liaison to be the point person to receive and distribute Texas Victory 2008 information to their respective membership. Your Liaison can be one of your elected officers or committee chairs or maybe a member with no assigned job. We hope you will choose to participate and later today you will receive information about a General Election Competition sponsored by Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst. As part of the Competition you can receive bonus points for appointing a Texas Victory 2008 liaison.
TFRW has appointed two Texas Victory 2008 liaisons Casey Martin and Kathy Webster and they are assigned to assist your club. Their Regions are listed below. Please email them with the name and contact info of the person your club appoints to this very important position. Some clubs have already appointed their Liaison and we thank you! These two Board members will help get information out to your club appointed liaison.
You all are the heart of the Party and your work for Republicans, Republican causes and our Federation is to be commended.
