Janice Warder
Resolutions Chairman

March 2008

As mentioned earlier in the newsletter, the Board of Directors passed English as an official Language Resolution at our last meeting on February 1.

In order to make it easy for all of us to follow through on our good intentions to start from the grass roots with a ground swell of support for this movement, I have drafted a fill in the blanks resolution that each of you can take with you to your precinct convention election night. If any of you can not attend your precinct convention, try to get your spouse or a neighbor to present it. Studies have shown that between eighty five and ninety percent of Americans support this idea. The Democrats in Congress are part of a very small minority.
