Summary of Phone Conference Call the Week of January 7 to 11, 2008
Conference Call: The conference calls are a new communication tools that would be used for the next two years. Each conference will have a topic of interest. The next conference call will be the week of February 4 to 8 and the topic will be the Convention Process and Campaign Activities. Each call will no more than 40 minutes. All questions and success stories will be sent to District Directors before each call.
President’s Newsletter: This is the monthly publication that most of you have been receiving within your clubs. This year the "newsletter" will be printed and mailed every other month. In between those mailings, it will be e-mailed. IF you have club officers/chairs that are receiving this monthly publication, MAKE SURE THEIR E-MAIL ADDRESSES REMAIN CURRENT. If an e-mail address changes, get that change into TFRW Executive Office ASAP.
